About Armstrong Community Management
In 1979, Jim Armstrong founded Armstrong Property Management. He began his career specializing in the brokerage of small income properties, primarily apartments. The property management business began as a result of these transactions and within a few years, the business grew to include residential, commercial and homeowners association management. Over the years, the company has grown and added staff, expanded into new areas and educated and trained all employees. Both the rental property management and homeowners association management industries continued to be successful and grow, each into their own specialized divisions. In 2016, the homeowners association division began using the name Armstrong Community Management, to better identify the specialized area of real estate they served.
